The Casa Turrent 1880 Claro is wrapped in a beautiful light Tawny Habano. This cigar features a flawless construction and smooth draw. It is flavourful with notes of earth, mineral, and caramel from the start, joined by savoury leather, cinnamon, and nutmeg, with a sweet wood finish. 

About the Brand: Alberto and Alejandro Turrent, owners of Nueva Matacapan de Tabacos S.A de C.V are the first family of Mexico's cigar industry. The father-son team not only make some of Mexico's best cigars but are also the largest grower of cigar tobacco in the country. The San Andres Maduro leaf they grow outside of Veracruz is world renowned for its quality, and a variety of their tobaccos are important components in many of America's most popular premium cigar brands. To keep the consistency of their flagship Casa Turrent line, Alejandro decided a large factory was not the best place to make the more complex Casa series. Alejandro took his great-grandfather's house and renovated it to make a boutique factory with 15 people to produce the Casa Turrent Series.
